Ralph McCran
Ralph joined the firm in 1989 and first became a Partner in 1992. Ralph deals in all matters relating to dispute resolution and litigation particularly family law, guardianships, debt recovery and all manner of contractual disputes. He is appointed by the Sheriff Court to prepare Child Welfare Reports in family cases and as Safeguarder to Adults in guardianship cases. Ralph is a Past Dean of Dunfermline District Society of Solicitors, Past Chairman of Dunfermline Round Table and currently Vice- President of Dunfermline Rotary Club.

Steven Fell
Steven heads our Property department. Qualified as a solicitor in 1994, Steven has over 20 years’ experience dealing with all types of property transactions, both domestic and commercial. Steven also advises clients regarding Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Aileen Shaw
Qualified as a solicitor since 1984, Aileen heads up our Wills and Executries department. As such Aileen offers significant expertise in this increasing complex and important field, advising clients on Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Powers of Attorney, and the administration and winding up of estates.

Lyndsey McCran
Lyndsey qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has worked in Dunfermline for most of her career. Lyndsey joined the firm in February 2017 and deals with all aspects of Family Law including separation, divorce, residence and contact disputes, interdicts, cohabitation and prenuptial Agreements. Lyndsey is a member of the Family Law Association.

Lynsey Pender
Qualified as a solicitor since 2008, Lynsey joined the firm in 2018, having previously spent 12 years with a long established local firm. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, enabling her to provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the moving process. She advises a range of clients on all aspects of conveyancing, including property sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of title and equity release.

Peter Scott
Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and is experienced in dealing with all aspects of selling or purchasing your home or business. His clear, practical advice is highly valued by his clients who return to him time and time again. Peter can assist clients with a broad spectrum of property matters whether commercial or residential, from first time buyers to those moving on to their next home. He can also guide clients through transfers of title and lifetime mortgages and in preparing wills and powers of attorney.
